Feed Your Skin

If you want healthy skin that’s free of blemishes and stretch marks and that doesn’t age very quickly, you need to nourish it. Here are some essentials for your skin:
Antioxidants
Antioxidants really can turn back time! Fresh berries every day is a simple way to slow the skin’s aging process!
Silica
Silica can help with skin’s elasticity to keep it firmer and great looking. This can reduce the likelihood of stretch marks as well! Eat foods like celery, asparagus, and leeks for your dose of silica.
Zinc
Zinc can fight off acne and slow down oil production. Get your zinc from nuts, eggs, ginger and oats.
Omega 3’s
Omegas are great for your skin and your overall health. Fish oil and flax seeds are very helpful in providing you with Omegas. This essential nutrient helps your skin heal itself and repair.
The best way to ensure your skin is healthy, smooth and stands up well to the elements and aging is to feed it inside and out as well as moisturize and hydrate yourself!

Your article is spot on. I have been using a combination of creams for my stretch marks and most importantly proper nourishment. The anti-oxidants in the acai berry drink is very rejuvenating and provides all the nutrients to keep my skin healthy.
Thanks for the good work!
